How do I sign up for the Karol G Artist Presale?

Visit the Karol G Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Friday, April 24 at 16:00 local time

From their page, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account. There may be additional requirements as stated on the sign up page.
2. Select the check box for the Artist Presale(s) you’d like to join
3. Review your selections for the correct date and location.
4. Click or tap Sign Up.

Do I need an active ARMY MEMBERSHIP in order to purchase tickets during the Weverse Membership Presale?

Yes. At the request of the event organizer, only ARMY MEMBERSHIP holders who have also registered for the Presale on Weverse will be eligible to participate in the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE. Presale access varies by membership type.

Which ARMY MEMBERSHIP should I use to register for events?

• US, Canada, Mexico: US Memberships and GLOBAL Memberships are eligible. If you have both a US and a GLOBAL membership, only your US Membership will be validated.
• Europe and UK: Only GLOBAL Memberships are eligible.

What if my Weverse account was created using a Private Relay or “Hide My Email” address on Weverse?

If you signed up for the BTS ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE using a Private Relay or “Hide My Email” address on Weverse, you won’t be able to access the presale. Email addresses cannot be changed on Weverse, and your Weverse email and your Ticketmaster email must match to join the queue.

How many cities can I register for?

VIP Packages

The Weeknd: After Hours Til Dawn Tour is offering several VIP package options. You can find the full details on this VIP page or search for them while you pick your tickets. The VIP details page may not appear if the packages have sold out. VIP Package items are subject to change by the Event Organizer.

Accessing Your Mobile Tickets

This event is using mobile entry, so your phone is your ticket. Download the Ticketmaster App to access and manage your order. Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.

Transferring or Selling Your Tickets

All merchandise, fan club memberships, and ticket insurance originally purchased or included with the ticket are not transferable. Ticket insurance will not apply to transferred tickets.

Enhanced Packages

Metallica: M72 World Tour is offering several Enhanced Package options. You can find the full details on this VIP page or search for them while you pick your tickets by selecting Filters and checking the box next to the star icon. The VIP details page may not appear if the packages have sold out.

Accessing Your Mobile Tickets

You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.

To find your tickets, follow these steps:

1. Open your Ticketmaster App.
2. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
3. Tap My Events and find your order.
4. Tap View Tickets to access your tickets. We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand even without internet connection.
5. Present your tickets to get scanned for entry and you’re in!

I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?

It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.

If your event is within 72-48 hours, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Fan Support.

Sell your tickets

The Event Organizer will activate Resale for Standard tickets two weeks before the show date.

Transfer your tickets

The Event Organizer will activate Transfer for Standard tickets one week before the show date.
