The general sale starts on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 9:00 AM CEST with a ticket limit of 8.

- Telekom Presale begins on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM for Flughafen Tempelhof with a ticket limit of 8.

Accessible Tickets
Accessible and wheelchair tickets can be purchased by using our special contact form or by contacting our hotline at +49 (0)30 - 40 818 824. This form as well as the phone line are dedicated to assisting fans who require accessible seating.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type, and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold and may choose to sell these tickets themselves.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
Transferring or selling your tickets
The Event Organizer hasn’t activated Ticket Transfer or Resale at this time. They may become available closer to the event, so check for updates.
