Silver Star Tickets

Olivia Rodrigo is making a limited number of Silver Star Tickets available on the ‘The Unraveled Tour’ and giving fans the chance to request these special tickets. Silver Star Tickets are £/€25 each including fees and only sold in pairs, with a limit of 2 tickets per person.

For all shows in the UK and Europe, tickets are non-transferable and must be claimed in-person by the buyer at the venue on the day of the show. If tickets for these shows are transferred or resold they may be canceled with no refund. 

After the request window closes on Thursday, September 3 at 4:59 AM BST / 5:59 AM CEST, we'll let you know if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled, and your card will be charged.

FAQs

What happens after I request tickets?

You’ll get an email summarizing your request but your card will not be charged at this time. After the request window closes, you’ll get another email on or before Wednesday, September 9 confirming if any of your requested tickets can be fulfilled. If fulfilled, your card will be charged. You will NOT receive another email if your requested tickets can not be fulfilled. All sales are final, and refunds and exchanges will not be available.

Am I guaranteed tickets?

Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee tickets. If none of your requested tickets are fulfilled, your card will not be charged.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will only be charged if your request can be fulfilled after the request window closes. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum potential total. If your card is declined, you will lose your tickets.

What if my requested tickets aren’t fulfilled?

Fans whose requested tickets are not fulfilled will not receive an email, and your card will not be charged. You can review the status of your requested tickets anytime by returning to the My Request page. If your tickets are not fulfilled, the status will show as unsuccessful. 

What happens if I submit another request?

You can place 1 request for up to 2 events per country before the request window closes on Thursday, September 3 at 4:59 AM BST / 5:59 AM CEST. If you submit a second request for shows in a country you've already requested, your new request will override the previous one, and that earlier request will be cancelled. 

You can only be matched with Silver Star tickets for 1 show in each market.

Can I change my request?

Yes, if you want to change your request you will need to submit a new request before Thursday, September 3 at 4:59 AM BST / 5:59 AM CEST. To submit a new request, return to the request page and sign in. Your new request will override and cancel your previous request.

Can I cancel my request after it’s submitted?

Yes, you can cancel your request at any time before Thursday, September 3 at 4:59 AM BST / 5:59 AM CESTon the My Request  page.

Why am I being asked to complete a security check to request tickets?

Ticketmaster is working in partnership with the artist to help protect fans and prevent bad actors from requesting tickets. This means some fans may be required to complete a security check.

Most fans won’t notice any difference. Some fans may be asked to complete a quick selfie or, in rare cases, share a form of ID.

If you’re asked to complete a security check when requesting tickets, you’ll need to provide the requested information via Persona to sign up.

Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type, and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold and may choose to sell these tickets themselves.

Accessing your mobile tickets

You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organizer will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.

Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.

Transferring or selling your tickets

You can sell your tickets from your order. Click or tap the sell button and select the tickets you would like to sell. Visit our help pages for step-by-step instructions and more information on the process.

While Ticket Transfer may not be available, check back on your order as the Event Organizer may make it available closer to the event date.

The Artist Presale is on Monday, April 27 2026 and runs from 14:00 to Tuesday, April 28, 23:00 You can purchase up to 6 tickets during a presale.

How do I sign up for the Karol G Artist Presale?

Visit the Karol G Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Friday, April 24 at 16:00 local time

From their page, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account. There may be additional requirements as stated on the sign up page.
2. Select the check box for the Artist Presale(s) you’d like to join
3. Review your selections for the correct date and location.
4. Click or tap Sign Up.

You’re all set. Make sure you see the confirmation page to review which of your presales are hosted by us and which ones are hosted by another site.

How does the Karol G Artist Presale work?

Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the Artist Presale they selected. The day before each of your presales we’ll email you a reminder with a link to the Artist Presale.

Once you follow the link, you’ll have to enter a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 30 minutes before the start of the sale. No code is required to join the Artist presales as access is tied to your account.

Accessing your mobile tickets

This event is using mobile entry, so your phone is your ticket. Download the Ticketmaster App to access and manage your tickets.

To find your tickets, follow these steps:

1. Open your Ticketmaster App.
2. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
3. If you're in another country, you can change your location by tapping the flag in the top right corner.
4. Tap My Tickets and find your order.
5. Tap View Tickets to access your tickets. We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand even without internet connection.
6. Present your tickets to get scanned for entry and you’re in!

I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?

It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.

If your event is within 3 days, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Fan Support.

Transferring or Selling Your Tickets

The Event Organizer hasn’t activated Ticket Transfer or Resale at this time. They may become available closer to the event, so check for updates.
