The Artist Presale starts on Wednesday, March 4 at 10:00 AM local time with a ticket limit of 6. The general sale begins Friday, March 6, 10:00 AM. local time. The Event Organizer will release ticket price details when sales begin.
We reserve the right to cancel your orders and tickets, and to prevent you, without notice, from making future purchases on our site if you try to exceed the posted ticket limits.

When is the Artist Presale?
The Artist Presale begins on March 4 at 10:00 AM local time and runs until March 5 at 9:00 AM local time. You can purchase up to 6 tickets during the presale.
When can I sign up for the Joji Artist Presale?
Visit JOJI's Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before Monday, March 2 at 8:00 AM CET.
From the sign-up page, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Select the check box for the Artist Presale.
- Review your selection for the correct date.
- Click or tap Sign Up.
- You’re all set.
How does the JOJI Artist Presale work?
Visit JOJI's Artist Presale sign up page. Any fan who signs up will have the opportunity to participate in the Artist Presale. The day before the presale, we’ll email you a reminder with a link to access the sale.
Once you follow the link, you’ll enter a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 30 minutes before the start of the sale. No code is required to join the Artist Presale, as access is tied to your Ticketmaster account.

Accessible Tickets
Accessible and wheelchair tickets can be purchased by contacting our Hotline at +49 (0)30 - 40 818 824. This line is dedicated to assisting fans who require accessible seating.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type, and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold and may choose to sell these tickets themselves.
Accessing your mobile tickets
This event is using mobile entry, so your phone is your ticket. Download the Ticketmaster App to access and manage your tickets.
To find your tickets, follow these steps:
- Open your Ticketmaster App.
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- If you're in another country, you can change your location by tapping the flag in the top right corner.
- Tap My Tickets and find your order.
- Tap View Tickets to access your tickets. We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand even without an internet connection.
- Present your tickets to get scanned for entry and you’re in!

I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?
It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.
If your event is within 3 days, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Fan Support.
Transferring or Selling Your Tickets
The Event Organizer hasn’t activated Ticket Transfer or Resale at this time. They may become available closer to the event, so check for updates.
