How to buy Accessible Tickets
- Buying Directly from the Venue. Many venues only sell accessible tickets through their box office. Search for your event at Ticketmaster.de and click More Info in the browser or tap the ℹ icon in the app to find details on how to buy Venue websites or customer service may also provide further information.
- Buying through Ticketmaster. Accessible and wheelchair tickets can be purchased by using our special contact form or by contacting our hotline at +49 (0)30 - 40 818 824. This form as well as the phone line are dedicated to assisting fans who require accessible seating.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type, and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold and may choose to sell these tickets themselves.
Proof of eligibility may be requested upon entry to your event.
