The Artist Presale starts on January 14, 12:00 PM CET with a ticket limit of 6. The general sale starts on January 15, 12:00 PM CET also with a ticket limit of 6. The Event Organizer will release the ticket price details when sales begin.
We reserve the right to cancel your orders and tickets, and to prevent you, without notice, from making future purchases on our site if you try to exceed the posted ticket limits.

When is the Artist Presale?
The Artist Presale is on January 14, and runs from at 12:00 PM CET until 22:00 PM CET, January 14. You can purchase up to 6 tickets during a presale.
How do I sign up for the Bruno Mars Artist Presale?
Visit Bruno Mars' Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before January 12, 19.00 PM CET.
From their page, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Select the check box for the Artist Presale(s) you’d like to join
- Review your selections for the correct date.
- Click or tap Sign Up.
- You’re all set.
How does the Bruno Mars Presale work?
Any fan that signs up has the opportunity to join the Artist Presale they selected. The day before each of your presales we’ll email you a reminder with a link to the Artist Presale.
Once you follow the link, you’ll have to enter a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 30 minutes before the start of the sale. No code is required to join the Artist presale as access is tied to your account.

Accessible Tickets
Accessible and wheelchair tickets can be purchased by contacting our Hotline at +49 (0)30 - 40 818 824. This line is dedicated to assisting fans who require accessible seating.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability, type, and location of accessible tickets will vary by venue. Venues decide where their accessible tickets will be sold and may choose to sell these tickets themselves.
Accessing your mobile tickets
This event is using mobile entry, so your phone is your ticket. Download the Ticketmaster App to access and manage your tickets.
To find your tickets, follow these steps:
- Open your Ticketmaster App.
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- If you're in another country, you can change your location by tapping the flag in the top right corner.
- Tap My Tickets and find your order.
- Tap View Tickets to access your tickets. We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand even without internet connection.
- Present your tickets to get scanned for entry and you’re in!

I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?
It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.
If your event is within 3 days, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Fan Support.
Transferring or Selling Your Tickets
The Event promoter hasn’t activated Ticket Transfer or Resale at this time. They may become available closer to the event, so check for updates.
