You can easily add your tickets to a mobile wallet from the Ticketmaster App to ensure that you're ready to enter your next event and help you avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue. If you're unable to access our app, use your mobile web browser to add your tickets to your mobile wallet.
- 1. In the Ticketmaster App, sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
2. Tap My Events or My Tickets to locate your order.
3. Tap your order, then view tickets.
4. Tap on Add to Apple Wallet.
You'll find your tickets in the mobile wallet app. To enter, simply open your ticket and scan the QR code at the entrance.
Why am I receiving an error message?
Ensure that you’re using the latest version of our app. Turn off your VPN, Apple Private Relay and other proxy servers. Or, visit our help page My ticket isn’t working in my Apple Wallet. What should I do? for further guidance. - 1. In the Ticketmaster App, sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
2. Tap My Events or My Tickets to locate your order.
3. Tap your order to view tickets.
4. Tap the Add to Google Wallet button.

If you’re unable to add the tickets to your wallet, it may be for one of the reasons below:
- Your tickets have a different delivery method
- You purchased tickets over the phone with a sales representative.
- You’ve exchanged your tickets.
- Your order includes VIP tickets, premium tickets or additional non-refundable items such as merchandise.
