Gift cards are a great way to give your loved ones the freedom to choose tickets for concerts, sports, theatre, and more. You can purchase them in various denominations, from 10 Euro up to 1000 Euro. Gift cards can’t be purchased using another gift card.
If you’d like to purchase more than four gift cards or buy over 1000 € worth of cards in a single order, send an email to giftcards@ticketmaster.de.
Using your gift card
What can my gift card be used for?
You can use your Ticketmaster gift card to purchase tickets sold by Ticketmaster Germany for events held in Germany. Ticketmaster gift cards can’t be redeemed on Ticketmaster.de if you're redirected to a partner site for your purchase.
How do I use my gift card?
- At checkout, select Gift Card as your payment method. If your gift card doesn’t cover the total cost, you’ll need to use another payment method to complete your purchase.
- Enter the gift card number and PIN code. For physical gift cards, the PIN code is located beneath the scratch area on the back.
After using your gift card
How do I check the balance or expiry date of my gift card?
You can check your gift card balance on the Gift card balance checker. Please have your gift card and PIN number available.
If you’re having difficulties checking a gift card balance that was purchased at a retail location, not directly from Ticketmaster, return to that location for help.
Your card will be valid for 36 months from the day it was bought.
What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
We can't replace lost or stolen gift cards. However, eGift cards can be easily resent via email.
What if I regret my purchase?
To receive a refund on your gift card, it must meet the follow requirements:
- The gift card was directly issued from Ticketmaster
- The gift card is unused and within 14 days of purchase
Email voucherexpress@ticketmastergiftcard.com and include your order reference so we can find your order. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used to purchase the gift cards.
What if my gift card hasn't been activated or doesn't work?
If you purchased your gift card through Ticketmaster.de and are experiencing issues, please contact voucherexpress@ticketmastergiftcard.com. If the card was bought in-store, return to the original retailer with your receipt and the gift card for assistance.
What do I do if I haven't received my eGift card?
Your eGift card will be emailed to the address provided during purchase within two hours. If it hasn’t arrived, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact voucherexpress@ticketmastergiftcard.com for assistance.
Can I include a personal message with my gift card?
Yes, you can add a personal message when you buy your gift card through our website at Ticketmaster.de
Can I print my eGift card?
Yes, once you receive the PDF file via email, you can print it out.
Can I send the eGift card to someone else after purchasing it?
Absolutely! You can forward the eGift card to the recipient of your choice.
Can I request the eGift card link again if it was deleted or hasn’t arrived?
Yes, you can request this by contacting voucherexpress@ticketmastergiftcard.com and including your order number from the confirmation email.
