Ticketmaster, on behalf of our clients, is committed to supporting fans who require accessible seating and ensuring the purchase process is as clear and helpful as possible. Many venues provide dedicated accessible seating areas designed to meet a range of mobility needs.
Accessible tickets are reserved for fans who require wheelchair-accessible seating and for their companions. Please note that these tickets must be used appropriately, and misuse may result in cancellation of the order or denial of entry. If you purchased tickets in error, please contact Fan Support.
You can request accessible tickets by:
- Buying tickets directly from the venue. Many venues only sell accessible tickets through their box office. Search for your event at Ticketmaster.de and click More Info on the website or tap the ℹ icon in the Ticketmaster App to find purchase details. The venue's website or customer service may also provide additional information.
- Buying tickets through Ticketmaster. Accessible and wheelchair tickets can be purchased using our special contact form or by calling +49 (0)30 - 40 818 824. Both the form and hotline are dedicated to assisting fans who require accessible seating.
Where wheelchair-accessible seating is available, you'll see the following icon on the seat map:
-

Reserved for wheelchair users and located near accessible entrances, exits, and restroom facilities.
Availability and types of accessible tickets vary depending on Event Organizer policies, venue policies, and the nature of the event. If you don't find accessible options or information for your event on our website, call our Accessibility Line at +49 (0)30 - 40 818 824 for assistance.
Proof of eligibility may be requested upon entry to your event.
A companion ticket is often included with the purchase of an accessible ticket.
To find out what applies to your specific event, search for the event on Ticketmaster.de and review the event information.
Some venues provide additional accessibility services or accommodations.
Because Ticketmaster works with thousands of venues, the best place to find accessibility information is usually the venue's official website. We've listed some of our most popular venues below. If your venue isn't listed, visit its official website or search for it online.
If your accessibility needs have changed due to a new diagnosis, accident, or medical condition, please contact us through this form. We'll review your booking and assist in arranging the most appropriate accommodation where possible.
