How do I unsubscribe from Ticketmaster email and text alerts?

To update your preferences, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
2. Select My Settings.
3. Under Manage Alerts, remove your alerts by unchecking the boxes or select Unsubscribe From All Marketing Alert and click Update Preferences.

To unsubscribe within your inbox, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email alert you received.
