You can create an account through the Ticketmaster app or Ticketmaster.de. From your Ticketmaster Account, you can:
- Manage your tickets, preferences, and contact Fan Support on existing orders.
- Access information about upcoming tours and events, ticket offers, presales and more.
- Track the status of your orders.
You can also use a single password to sign into your accounts on other Ticketmaster sites with the global single sign in system. Visit our help page for more information.
- Click or tap Sign In/Register.
- Enter your email address or select the option to use a passkey, continue with Apple or Google for a passwordless sign in. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process of your selected option.
- Enter your details, click the checkbox to agree to our Terms, then select Next. You must verify an email and phone before your account is fully created
- Click or tap Add my phone and enter your phone number, then Add number.
- Type the code you received and select Confirm code. Standard data and messaging rates may apply.
- Select Verify my email and check all of your email inboxes and folders for a message from no-reply@info.ticketmaster.de.
- Enter the code and select Confirm code.
- Select Done.
Passwords should be strong, unique and at least 12 characters long. Use a mixture of letters, numbers and special characters to keep your account secure. Don’t use passwords that you are currently using or have previously used on other sites

Someone in my household has an account. Should I create one?
It’s easier to have your own account. By creating your own, you can have tickets sent to you by friends and family with Ticket Transfer. No need to worry about sharing account sign in details, and when you’re at the event, you can have your own ticket in hand!
It says I already have an account. What should I do?
If you’re getting a message that says you already have an account, select Sign In. If you can’t remember your password, simply follow the link to reset it.
I have not received my one-time code. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your one-time code, you can select Request a New Code. Please make sure to check all your email folders and make sure that your phone is not on Do Not Disturb. If you need more help, please visit our help page.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Follow the instructions to reset your password:
- Go to the Ticketmaster Account sign in page.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Type in your email address and select Next.
- You’ll receive an email or a text with a one-time code. Type in that code and select Confirm.
- Reset your password.
After verifying your phone number and email address, your account is fully created.
It says Unable to create account/reset password/update password. What should I do?

Can I sign in using my Apple Private Relay email address using Apple’s Hide My Email feature?
If you choose to create an account or sign in using Hide My Email and later disable email forwarding in your Apple ID settings, you will not receive important updates including ticket delivery, event updates, venue changes, and order information.
To ensure you receive all communications about your tickets, we recommend either sharing your email address when signing in or keeping email forwarding enabled in your Apple ID settings if using Hide My Email.
