If you haven’t received the email, check your spam, junk and deleted folders for an email from reply@info.ticketmaster.de You can also add reply@info.ticketmaster.de to your contacts and request the email to be sent again.
If you used Sign In with Apple and have since disabled email forwarding for your Hide My Email account within your Apple ID settings, you may be having trouble receiving account recovery emails from us.
To resolve the issue, update your email address in your Ticketmaster profile. Once updated, return to the sign in page and enter your email. Then, select Forgot Password? you'll be able to request a new password reset email. If the steps above don’t resolve your issue, visit our troubleshooting help page for further guidance.
