If your event is canceled, you’ll receive an email or notification with all the information you need.
Depending on the event, refunds may be processed automatically to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. In other instances, you will need to contact Fan Support to ask for a refund within a deadline set by the Event Promoter.

Every fan is responsible for checking whether their event is taking place as planned, especially on the day of the event. Please refer to the Event Promoter’s website, the artist’s official channels, or other reliable sources such as press and radio for the latest updates.
