If the Event Promoter has approved refunds and you’ve submitted your request, it will be processed to the original method of payment used when you purchased your tickets. It should appear in your account within 10-14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Your Ticketmaster Account will contain up-to-date information.
All requests for refunds are final and cannot be changed once initiated.
