Yes! For international deliveries we have set up the following delivery options:
  • „World“ (UPS)
  • „Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg“ (DHL Express)
  • „Austria“ (GLS)
This enables us to send your tickets to you as fast and safe as possible. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email from our shipment partners as soon as the tickets have been printed and received. In it you will find your tracking number, with which you can trace the progress of your delivery. More information to the delivery options can be found here.

Whether you can change the delivery adress depends on whether the tickets have already been printed and sent. If eTickets are available for a specific event depends on the local setup of the event and is ultimately a decision of the event promoter. Therefore we unfortunately can't sell eTickets for every event.

Within 60 minutes of recieving the payment the eTickets will be sent to the registered email address. Please make sure to double check your spam folder. If you still can't find the eTickets, you can also log into your Ticketmaster account and print or downlaod them from there. To do this click on „My Tickets“. Then choose the order, highlight the tickets and click „Download“.

Please make sure the newest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed. Please only use programms to open the file that are made to view PDFs and not to edit them. Our PDFs are protected against changes. If an editing programm should be used it could be that it won't open or that certain logos e.g. event name, date, or seat number won't print. In rare cases there can be a delay in the transfer of the online payment options Sofortüberweisung and Giropay, in which case a payment can be made but no order is made. In order to open and print eTickets, please make sure to have the newest version of Adobe Reader installed or similar programms to read PDF files.
 
Please note: If you should try to open the eTicket with a programm to edit PDF files, there may be issues with the formatting of the ticket when printed. Therefore we recommend to use Adobe Reader to print the eTickets.

Klarna is a payment provider, who pays in advance for you and therefore gives you a longer payment timeframe of 14 days or makes the purchase available in installments. If you purchase the tickets with Klarna, our system considers them as payed and can therefore, according to our Terms, no longer be cancelled. Therefore Klarna will perfrom a credit check on you before the purchase is granted. This can lead to the error message at hand.

The specific reasons can only be directly cleared with Klarna, since we don't have any influence on the process or result of the credit check. Please contact Klarna directly if you repeatedly receive the error message for the payment option and have already checked the entered information to see if it is correct.

We appologize for any inconvenience you may experience by chosing a different payment option, until the issues with Klarna have been solved. A full list of our available payment options can be found here. Please note that not every event has the option to pay with bank transfer.

Normally you receive your order within two working days. In exceptions it can take a few days longer, if for instance there are extreme weather conditions, increased security measures at airports, or similar things that can hinder shipment. The delivery option Express can ensure you receive your Tickets from one day to the other.

Therefore, if you should need the Tickets quickly, we suggest to choose the Express option. Maybe your order was delivered in your neighborhood. This isn't untypical and your tickets might be next door with a friendly neighbor. In general you have the option to purchase tickets with money transfers, immediate transfers, Giropay, credit cards, or with Klarna. At some events though, the promoters don't want any reservations due to high demand. We ask you to understand that in such cases we can't accept the payment method money transfer, since they would require a reservation.

Each eTicket has the name of the person who ordered it printed on it. This doesn't mean that they are personalized. If the event has personalized tickets, you will be explicitly notified of this while booking the tickets. Therefore we ask you to read possible lightboxes and the event information.

3-D Secure is a process which is used to offer extra security with online credit card payments. It was developed by the credit card organization VISA and is offered under the name Verified by Visa. MasterCard offers the same process called MasterCard SecureCode. For this, the customer uses a password which only the card holder and the bank know. The first time one uses these progams, one is transfered to the website of the card institute to create a password. This same password will be used for any future purchases. If you are unsure whether your credit card is suited for 3-D Secure, please contact your bank. The use of 3-D Secure is free of charge for the card holder.

For certain events we offer the practical and cheaper option of eTickets. If eTickets are available for your events, they will show up as a delivery option which you can choose at the end of the order process. Please note, that this delivery option is not available for every event. This can have different reasons, e.g. whether the barcodes on the tickets can be scanned at the event.

The choice whether eTickets will be available is made by the promoters of the event. Unfortunately we don't have any influence on this decision. After your payment has been received, you will receive the ticket by email as a TicketFast (print@home). After the payment has been received you can also view your ticket on "My Account" at any time. On a computer it can be downloaded as TicketFast (A4-Paper in pdf-format).
On mobile devices the eTicket can be downloaded as a QR-Code.

Either you print the TicketFast and bring it to the event, or you can show the eTicket on a mobile device. In some cases there can be difficulties with the Macintosh operating system by opening the TicketFast-Tickets in Adobe Reader.

In such cases, please open the PDF file in "Preview". To open a PDF file in Preview, double click the symbol. If Adobe is set as the standard program to open PDF files,
you can also open the PDF directly with Preview over the menu, or by dragging the PDF file on the Preview symbol in dock or in finder.

Standard post
The tickets will be sent to you within two to four business days – excluding Collector Tickets.

WillCall
The tickets are ready for pickup at the box office at the day of the event. Please bring the confirmation and your ID card with you.
Costs: 2,30 €

eTicket
eTicket combines Mobile Ticket and TicketFast – our print at home solution. After payment of your order has been received by Ticketmaster, you will receive your tickets via email as TicketFast and can print them at home. You can re-download and print your TicketFast tickets anytime from your account or download them as a mobile ticket onto your smartphone when accessing your account on a mobile device or via the Ticketmaster iPhone app. You can either show the mobile ticket on your smartphone or the printed TicketFast to gain access at the venue.

Express Delivery
You will receive your tickets via express post until 12 a.m. on the day after payment. Tickets will be handed out to you personally or to an authorized person. The tickets are automatically insured during delivery.
Costs: 9,90 €

Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg
Tickets will be handed out to you personally or to an authorized person. Tickets are automatically insured during delivery.
Costs: 14,90 €

World Tickets
Will be handed out to you personally or to an authorized person. The tickets are automatically insured during delivery.

Austria Tickets
will be sent to you within two to four weekdays. The tickets are automatically insured during delivery.

Ticketmaster constantly aims to offer you the best service. Therefore we set up several different payment options.

Of course you can order your tickets with your credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. Encoded processes ensure complete protection of your sensitive data.

You can also pay charges with bank transfers . You will receive an email with specific payment instructions. Please make sure to make the payment within the given time frame. Otherwise your order will be deleted and the tickets will be available for purchase once more.

Or use giropay. If you choose giropay as payment option in the online shop, you will be transferred to the online banking page of your bank, after adding your zip code. Here you will log in like usual with your account number and PIN. The system will automatically display a money transfer with all of the details from the transaction. Please note that giropay is only available to customers from Germany.

The payment method Direct Banking (Sofortüberweisung) is a certified payment method, which does not require an extra registration. After ending the booking process you will be immediately transferred to the payment. Please have your online banking PIN/TAN ready.

Klarna is a payment provider, with which you can comfortably pay with a money transfer within 14 days, or pay in installments. If you chose Klarna as a payment option, they will pay for you. The complete payment process will be worked out with Klarna. Your tickets are considered sold as soon as you have completed your order and will be sent to you.

Whether tickets can be picked up from the box office depends on the promoters. Whenever possible, it will show up as one of the delivery options at the end of the booking process "WillCall". In this case you can pick up the tickets directly at the box office of the venue. Unless otherwise instructed, have your order confirmation and ID ready when picking up the tickets. The opening times of the box office can vary from venue to venue. Generally the tickets can be picked up 1-2 hours before the event starts. Please note, that only the person who ordered the tickets can pick them up. If the person who bought the tickets won't attend the event, they need to give written permission to the person who will pick them up instead. It needs to contain the following information:
  • the full name of the person who originally bought the tickets
  • the order number
  • the name of the new ticket owner
the ID from the person who purchased the tickets (copies are acceptable). Since it takes a lot of organizational work to have this ready, some event promoters don't offer this option. If you want to, you can also chose the delivery option "eTicket" to get your tickets quickly and cheap.

In a world in which eTickets and the mobile access with smartphones are gaining more and more meaning, we offer the Collector-Ticket to real fans as a chance to hold on to a lasting memory. The ticket is a high quality plastic card the size of a credit card and comes with a lanyard. You can find every event for which we offer the Collector-Ticket here.

Collector-Tickets work just like normal tickets since they have a barcode and a seat number printed on the backside. We aim to ship the Collector-Tickets as soon as possible, but depending on our order volume there can be delays. Please consider that you might receive your Collector-Ticket at the latest two weeks before the event. Please note, that if you order normal tickets and the Colletor-Ticket they will arrive on different dates due to their different shipment times. The normal tickets will arrive 3-5 days after the payment was received. Like previously mentioned, the Collector-Ticket has a longer production and shipment time. Please note that it is not possible to add Collector-Tickets after the initial order.
