BUYING TICKETS?
How do I buy resale tickets?
This symbol means a ticket is being sold by another fan and is available for you to buy. The process of buying it is exactly the same as when you buy a new ticket. We verify every ticket on our Ticket Exchange, so the ticket and seat you buy is the ticket you get.
Ticket availability can change so if the tickets you want aren't shown or the amount of tickets you’d like isn't available, you may want to try later as more tickets may be listed.
My plans have changed, can I have a refund/exchange?
We can’t offer any exchanges or refunds unless an event has been cancelled or postponed.
Resale tickets have been purchased from an individual seller and not directly from Ticketmaster, so unfortunately we can’t offer refunds on these unless the event is cancelled or postponed. For the same reason, we are also not able to exchange Resale tickets for different ones.
How can I pay for resale tickets?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MC
Why are the same tickets showing at a different price?
Tickets available on our ticket exchange are being resold by different fans. Each fan will set their own price which means you may see the same type of ticket being listed at different prices.
Why can I only buy a certain number of tickets?
Tickets on our ticket exchange are all being listed for sale by fans, which means different quantities could be relisted by different sellers. If the quantity you’re looking for isn’t available from the listing you’ve selected, simply select a different listing.
When will I receive my resale tickets?
After you’ve purchased tickets, you’ll see the order in your Ticketmaster account. Tickets may not be available until closer to the event date.

How do I sell my tickets?
If you can no longer use tickets bought from Ticketmaster, you can list them for sale on our Ticket Exchange.
Resale is only available at certain events and is currently only available for eTickets. The resale of paper or collector tickets is not possible.
It's really easy to list your tickets for sale directly from your Ticketmaster account, simply follow the steps below:
Login to your Ticketmaster Account
- Find the ticket (or tickets) you no longer need.
- Hit "Sell"
- Set the price.
- Fill out the requested information and hit “List”
Please be aware, payment will be made in € euros. Please ensure the bank account you provide for payment is able to accept this currency.
Your tickets will be listed on Ticketmaster and if they sell you’ll receive an email confirmation right away.
Is resale available for every event?
No. Resale is only available for certain events, and then only for e-tickets. Look for the symbol next to your tickets in your customer account – if it’s there then resale is available for your tickets.
What happens after tickets sell?
Don’t worry, you won’t need to do anything. You’ll receive an email right away letting you know tickets have sold. We’ll then deactivate your tickets and reissue them to the new purchaser.
What if tickets don’t sell?
Any tickets that don’t sell remain yours to use as you wish. We can’t make payment for any tickets that haven’t sold.
Can I sell a resale ticket?
No. Unfortunately resale tickets can't be resold.
How and when will I be paid?
We aim to issue payment 10 business days after the event date. We’ll make payment to the bank account your provided when listing tickets.
To check your payment information or update them, just head to "Upcoming Events" then click on “My Profile” & “Seller Details” and enter the new bank account information.
How do I update my payment information?
Just head to "Upcoming Events" then click on “My Profile” & “Seller Details” and enter the new bank account information.
Don’t forget, your name and address must match the bank account details you provide.
I’ve been asked to verify who I am (KYC)?
Before payment can be issued, our payment provider carries out checks to authenticate the information provided at the time of listing. This helps us to prevent fraud.
If they encounter any problems when making these checks, in line with their “KYC” (Know Your Customer) requirements, we may ask you for some documentation in order to verify the information provided. If that’s the case, we’ll email you from no-reply@ticketmaster.de to let you know and you'll be able to upload the documents in your account by clicking on your "Seller Profile".
How do I cancel my listing?
If your tickets have not yet sold, you can simply click on "cancel listing" which is displayed under your tickets in My Account. You can relist them up until tickets for the event are taken off-sale, which is usually a few days before the event.
If your tickets have already sold, then you won’t be able to cancel those tickets.
