You will be charged as soon as you make the purchase. It can sometimes take a few days for it to show up on your statement and will usually show as a pending payment in the meantime.
If you're not sure if a purchase has gone through, check your confirmation email for the booking reference number and/or your order history in your Ticketmaster Account.
