At some events tickets are personalized in advance. There are different types of personalization.
- Buyer Personalization: In this case all of the tickets in the order are made out to the person who bought them. Usually this person has to show their ID at the entrance. If the person who bought the tickets will not attend the event, it is sometimes possible to give one of the attendees a PoA. In this case you should definitely consult our customer service before assuming it will work. Specific information about the personalization and the conditions can be found in the event information and in the order confirmation.
- Single person personalization: At some events each tickets needs to be registered with a specific person in advance. This either happens during the order process, or on a website from the promoters. Transferring tickets to other people is possible at some events, please check the event information.
