How do I receive information for cancelled or rescheduled events?

As soon as we receive news from the promoter that an event was cancelled or rescheduled, we will inform you ASAP by email or telephone. Generally you should inform yourself before the event about any changes. Places to check would include the website of the artist, of the promoter or the daily news. Please note, that Ticketmaster does not take responsibility for any charges for hotels or travel if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will reimburse you the ticketprice according to our Terms.
