Can I cancel, change, or return my tickets after ordering them?

As soon as your order has been received, an automated processes makessure that your tickets are first blocked for you, and then as printed. An order is therefore in its own closed cycle and can not be changed for security reasons. As soon as a ticket is printed, it is considered as sold to the specific customer. Therefore we can't accept any cancellations, changes, or additional wishes for tickets. Ticket orders fall under the distance selling law. § 312g paragraph 2 No. 9  BGB of the German Civil law rules, that the law on contracts for completion of services in the area of recriational activites, which includes concerts, doesn't apply.

Therefore the orders are freed from the two week cancellation and return policy.
