The Ticketmaster app offers a range of features not offered on mobile web view, including instant notifications for important events or artists and the ability to change between countries for purchase or entry. Most importantly, once you’ve viewed your mobile ticket in the app, it's automatically saved and ready to be scanned even without internet connectivity.

If you’d like to sign out of your account in the app, scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Sign Out.
How do I change my country?
When you open the app for the first time, you’ll be notified that you can change countries by tapping the flag in the right hand corner.
Will the tickets I purchased before downloading the new app be in my Ticketmaster Account?
Yes, if you sign in using the same Ticketmaster Account credentials, you’ll have access to your purchases. Tickets transferred or sold before you downloaded the new app will still be owned by the recipient or buyer.
If you're having trouble viewing your orders, we recommend completely closing out of the app and reopening it. Otherwise, contact Fan Support for assistance. We’ll need to know if you’re using the new app, your phone or device model and the App Version number, which can be found in your Ticketmaster Account section under either About in the old app or Legal in the new app.
Can I still use my old Ticketmaster App?
Yes, but only for a limited time, and it doesn’t support all the countries covered by the new app. The new app offers the latest features, security, and updates for a better experience across 21 countries. The old app won’t receive updates, and a message will notify you when it’s no longer supported.
