What is an eTicket and how does the shipping work?
For certain events, we offer the convenient and affordable eTicket option. If eTicket is available for your chosen event, this will appear as a shipping method that you can select when completing the checkout process. Please note that this shipping method may not be available for all events. The decision as to whether the eTicket shipping method is available is the responsibility of the event promoter.
Requirements for printing the eTickets:
To be able to open and print the eTickets, you need a current version of Adobe Reader or a comparable program for reading PDF files.
Please note: If you try to open your eTicket with a program that can process PDF files, there may be display problems when printing the eTickets. We therefore recommend that you use Adobe Reader to print your eTicket.
Why is my name printed on the eTickets?
The name of the customer is printed on all eTickets as a standard. However, this does not mean that these tickets are personalized. If it is an event with personalized tickets, you will be explicitly made aware of this during the purchase process. We therefore ask you to read any lightboxes and the event information carefully.
I have not received my eTickets. What can I do?
The eTickets will be sent to the email address you registered within 60 minutes after payment is received. Please check your inbox and spam folder directly with your email provider.
If the eTickets cannot be found there, you can also conveniently download or print out the tickets via your customer account.
To do this, log into your customer account on our website and click on “My tickets”.
Please select the desired order, mark the tickets and click on “Download”.
