My plans have changed. Can I get a refund/exchange for my Resale ticket?

You purchased Resale tickets from a private seller and not directly from Ticketmaster, so unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for them unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. For the same reason, we are unable to exchange Resale tickets for any other tickets.
