How do I purchase wheelchair or accessible tickets for this event?

Wheelchair users and handicapped persons who require a companion please call +49 (0)30 - 40 818 824 (local rate). Our competent colleagues from the call centre will help you every day from 10 am - 6 pm (CET).

When will tickets be available in my account, and how will I access them?

This event will use mobile tickets, which will be available via your Ticketmaster account and the Ticketmaster app much closer to the event date. This is to allow time to check that the ticket limits have been adhered to.

Please note that it may take a few hours after purchase for your order to be displayed in your account. Check your email for confirmation.

I can no longer go to the event. Can I resell my tickets?

Can I send my tickets to friends and family?

Yes, you can now safely use Ticket Transfer to send tickets straight from your Ticketmaster account to theirs. Please see our FAQ about Ticket Transfer for more information.

Is public transportation included in the ticket?

Yes, your concert ticket includes a ticket for public transportation for the Munich region.
You can personalise and download your tickets via mvv.ticketmastertools.com by entering your order number and the surname of the buyer.

We recommend traveling to the venue by using the underground. The station at the venue is called Messestadt OST (U-Bahn-Line U2; Bus 186, 190, 234 & 262).

Youth protection: Which age restrictions apply?

Entry is not permitted for anyone under the age of 6. Children aged between 6 and 14 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult chaperone or they will not be allowed entry.
