Will there be a presale prior to the general on sale?
Yes, there will be tickets available in several presales. To be able to purchase tickets in the presale you will need to follow instructions on the website, fan club or partner hosting the presale.

- Artist presale - There is a Coldplay presale starting Tuesday, July 25th, 10.00 am local time. For more info and requirements please visit coldplay.com. Registration for this presale is now closed. Fans must have received a unique presale code to participate in this presale. Please note that receiving presale access does not guarantee tickets. All tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Partner Presale – There is a Telekom Magenta presale starting Wednesday, July 26th, 10.00 am local time. For more info and requirements please visit here.
- Ticketmaster Presale – There is a Ticketmaster presale starting Thursday, July 27th, 10.00 am local time. For more info and requirement please visit here.
How do presales work?
- Presales give fans the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public. However, presales don’t guarantee tickets.
- Presales are most often communicated by the artist, or the platform or partner hosting the presale. Quite often you need to be a member of an artist Fanclub, or subscribe to the platform hosting the presale. They will guide you to the right link and will provide passwords if required.
- For some presales you will require a password to unlock tickets in the presale. Passwords are most often communicated by the platform or partner hosting the presale.

What method of delivery can I choose?
For this event you can only select mobile tickets. The tickets will have a delayed delivery. This means you will receive an order confirmation right after purchase and the tickets will be visible on your account, but the barcodes won't be visible until closer to the show. We will notify you about this. There are no Collector Tickets available for this event.
Is there an age limit restriction for entry to this event?
Düsseldorf:
Children under the age of 6 are generally not permitted to attend concerts. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
Munich:
Children under the age of 6 are not admitted.
Access for children and young people between the ages of 6 and 13 only when accompanied by an authorized person.
Is delayed delivery active for this event?
Yes, the tickets will have a delayed delivery. This means you will receive an order confirmation right after purchase and the tickets will be visible on your account, but the barcodes won't be visible until closer to the show. We will notify you about this.
Delayed delivery is used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk.
Are tickets for this event personalized?
No, tickets for this event are not personalized.
How do I purchase wheelchair or handicapped tickets for this event?
Venues determine the availability of wheelchair and handicapped tickets and may sell all or a portion of their wheelchair and handicapped tickets through Ticketmaster. Regulations and facilities per venue are quite different.

Are Platinum Tickets available for the Music Of The Spheres World Tour?

Infinity Tickets
Coldplay have confirmed they will make a limited number of Infinity Tickets available for the shows at a later date. Infinity Tickets exist to make the Music Of The Spheres World Tour accessible to fans for an affordable price. They cost just €20 per ticket excl. service fee, are restricted to a maximum of two tickets per purchaser and must be bought in pairs (which will be located next to each other). Infinity tickets can only be collected on the location and day of the event. You will be asked to show your identification, which must match the purchasers name in your online account.
Resell or cancel my tickets
Can I cancel my tickets after I’ve purchased it?
No, you can’t. Once tickets have been purchased, they’re not refundable, unless the event will unhopefully be cancelled or rescheduled. In that case we will inform you about the procedure.
Can I transfer tickets to someone else?
Ticket transfer will be enabled nearer the event.
Ticket Transfer lets you send tickets to friends before the event, straight from your Ticketmaster account to theirs. It’s convenient, simple and free, and transfers can be done and accepted on your computer or phone. Please find more info here.
I can no longer attend the event. Can I sell my tickets?
By choice of the event organizer resale has not yet been activated. Right now, it’s not possible to sell your tickets for this event or purchase resale tickets. Resell may become available at a certain point, in which case we will update this information accordingly.
