For certain events, we offer the convenient and affordable eTicket option. If eTicket is available for your chosen event, this will appear as a shipping method that you can select when completing the checkout process. Please note that this shipping method may not be available for all events.

This may be for various reasons, such as whether the barcodes on the tickets can be scanned at the desired event.
The decision as to whether the eTicket shipping method is available is the responsibility of the event organizer. We ask for your understanding that we unfortunately have no influence on this.

After receipt of payment, you will first receive your ticket as TicketFast (print@home) by e-mail.

In addition, the eTicket can be retrieved at any time after receipt of payment under "My account".

On the PC, it can be downloaded in TicketFast form (A4 page in pdf format).
With mobile devices, you can download it as an eTicket with QR code on your device.
Either you simply print the TicketFast and bring it to the event as legitimation or you show the eTicket with a mobile device.

In individual cases, Macintosh operating systems may have problems opening TicketFast tickets with Adobe Reader.
In these cases, please open the PDF file with the "Preview" software.

To open a PDF file in Preview, double-click on its icon. If Adobe Reader is set as the default program for opening PDF files,
you can also open the PDF directly in Preview from the File menu or by dragging a PDF file to the Preview icon in the Dock or Finder.
