Ticketmaster Platinum offers fans in demand tickets for an event direct from the artist. Platinum Tickets enable market-based pricing (adjusting prices according to supply and demand) for live event tickets. The goal is to give fans fair and safe access to in demand areas, while enabling artists and other people involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to their true value.

Please note that Platinum Tickets are not part of a VIP package and therefore do not include any extras, such as merchandise items or special entertainment services during the event.

At some events tickets are personalized in advance. There are different types of personalization.
  1. Buyer Personalization: In this case all of the tickets in the order are made out to the person who bought them. Usually this person has to show their ID at the entrance. If the person who bought the tickets will not attend the event, it is sometimes possible to give one of the attendees a PoA. In this case you should definitely consult our customer service before assuming it will work. Specific information about the personalization and the conditions can be found in the event information and in the order confirmation.
  2. Single person personalization: At some events each tickets needs to be registered with a specific person in advance. This either happens during the order process, or on a website from the promoters. Transferring tickets to other people is possible at some events, please check the event information.

At many events one can also purchase VIP Packages. The commodities offered by VIP packages can vary vastly. Often, VIP offers will contain things like early admittance or a meet & greet with the artist. In most cases the VIP offer will include a concert ticket. If this is not the case, you will be notified of this during your purchase. Whether the VIP tickets are sent to you in advance depends on the event. In every case the merchandise included in the package will be distributed at the venue. If not picked up, there usually isn't an option to have it sent by mail. All the important information about the VIP package will be emailed to you 3-7 days before the event.

Ticketmaster GmbH is not organizing any of these events, but is contracted by the event promoters to sell tickets. The event promoters generally don't accept any return or trade requests. You are clearly informed about the liability of the tickets while ordering them.

Please note, that simple ticket orders are exempt from the distance selling law. This is because sports, leisure, and cultural events can't be organized logistically and financially with a two week return period. The legislation sees this the same way, which is why the law doesn't apply when you create a contract with the event promoters for the completion of a service in the area of recreational activities (§ 312 b par. 3 No.6 German Civil law).

In a world in which eTickets and the mobile access with smartphones are gaining more and more meaning, we offer the Collector-Ticket to real fans as a chance to hold on to a lasting memory. The ticket is a high quality plastic card the size of a credit card and comes with a lanyard. You can find every event for which we offer the Collector-Ticket here.

Collector-Tickets work just like normal tickets since they have a barcode and a seat number printed on the backside. We aim to ship the Collector-Tickets as soon as possible, but depending on our order volume there can be delays. Please consider that you might receive your Collector-Ticket at the latest two weeks before the event. Please note, that if you order normal tickets and the Colletor-Ticket they will arrive on different dates due to their different shipment times. The normal tickets will arrive 3-5 days after the payment was received. Like previously mentioned, the Collector-Ticket has a longer production and shipment time. Please note that it is not possible to add Collector-Tickets after the initial order.
